We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive (ELV) who can be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of ELV technologies, including but not limited to security systems, access control, CCTV, gate barriers, structured cabling, audiovisual systems, Building Management System (BMS) and Parking Management System. He or she will work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose suitable ELV solutions, and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Position : Sales Executive (ELV)

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive (ELV) who can be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of ELV technologies, including but not limited to security systems, access control, CCTV, gate barriers, structured cabling, audiovisual systems, Building Management System (BMS) and Parking Management System. He or she will work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose suitable ELV solutions, and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to position the company as a preferred ELV solutions provider.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized ELV solutions that meet client requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ELV space.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, in the ELV industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in UAE market.
  • Deep understanding of ELV technologies, including security systems, access control, CCTV, gate barriers, structured cabling, audiovisual, BMS & PMS.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
